Purpose HER : Women’s Empowerment Conference

As the Event Production Assistant for the "Purpose Her" Women’s Empowerment Conference, I supported the seamless execution of this transformative event by coordinating logistics, assisting with speaker arrangements, and managing on-site setups. My responsibilities included setting up décor to align with the event’s theme, arranging tables and seating to create an inviting and organized atmosphere, and meticulously checking over the venue to ensure that everything was neat and professional. This project required close attention to detail, from the placement of signage and promotional materials to the arrangement of refreshments, ensuring a polished and cohesive look throughout the space. Our efforts contributed to a well executed event that left a lasting impression on attendees.
