Coordinated vendor arrivals and deliveries, managed the placement of floral arrangements, signage, and lighting, and troubleshooted on-site challenges in real time. Maintained a structured event timeline, overseeing the smooth flow of the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner service, and entertainment, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience from start to finish.
